Status Descriptions

The Product Registrations module includes the following statuses to track the progress of each product:

Development

The product is under development and not yet ready for submission.

In Preparation

Documentation and other materials are being prepared for registration.

Submitted for Registration

The product registration application has been submitted.

Documentation Validation

The submitted documentation is under validation for completeness and accuracy.

Quality Check

The product is undergoing quality checks as part of the registration process.

Efficiency Check

The product’s efficiency is being assessed to ensure compliance with standards.

Registered

The product has been successfully registered.

Expired

The product registration has expired and requires renewal.

Canceled

The product registration process has been canceled.

Rejected

The product registration application has been rejected.

Paused

The product registration process is currently paused.

Expiring or Variation

The product registration is approaching expiration or a variation is being processed.

How to Use the Module

1. Product Information

• Commercial Name: Input the official name of the product.
• Product: Select the product from the dropdown menu.
• Product Type: Define the product type (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device).
• Region and Main Country: Specify the region and country where the product is registered.
• Production Site: Choose the production site for the product.

This section ensures that all the fundamental product details are captured accurately.

2. Registration Information

• Filed for Registration On: Record the date the product was filed for registration.
• Certificate of Registration: Input the certification details for the product.
• Registration Dates: Specify the registration date and the expiration or validity date.
• Perpetual Registration: Check this box if the product has perpetual registration status.
• Product Owner Identity: Specify the owner responsible for the product registration.

3. Shelf Life

• Shelf Life in Months: Enter the shelf life duration in months.
• Shelf Life in Days: Record the number of days the product remains usable.
• Expected Approval Date: Specify the date when product approval is expected.
• Storage Condition: Note any special storage conditions for the product.
