Laboratory Processes
Laboratory Processes cover the core workflow from order creation to test execution and result validation. The system ensures structured tracking of each step, maintaining compliance and efficiency. The laboratory workflow consists of:
Order Management
The Order Management module is responsible for initiating laboratory testing processes. When a new batch of a product is manufactured, an order is created to perform the required quality control tests.
Users can:
- Create a new order by selecting the product and corresponding specification.
- Automatically load testing parameters based on the selected specification.
- Modify the order by excluding unnecessary parameters that are not relevant for the specific batch.
Below is an example of the Order Management interface:

Sample Testing & Results Recording
Once an order is created, the required laboratory tests are assigned to the appropriate personnel. Each test is based on the predefined **parameters** in the specification.
Users can:
- Perform tests based on predefined specifications and input the corresponding results.
- Mark parameters as not applicable if they are not required for a specific batch.
- Track progress and ensure all necessary tests are completed before proceeding.

Certificate of Analysis (CoA) Generation
Once all required tests are completed and results meet the predefined acceptance criteria, the system allows users to generate a Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
Users can:
- Generate a CoA based on the completed test results linked to the specific order.
- Use a predefined CoA template to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Maintain full traceability of results and ensure all required approvals are obtained.
