Project performance tracker

The project tracker is a powerful tool that provides the following features:
  • It allows people working on projects to report progress, write comments and highlight challenges outside of the assigned tasks;
  • It summarizes the progress in terms of KPI's for the active projects in the company portfolio;
  • It sends emails to the involved parties requesting comments for the assigned projects on a regular basis;
Project card - the project card includes the following information:

Project performance tracker - a project card

  • Project name;
  • Project status;
  • Information on who is expected to comment on task;
  • Project manager;
  • KPIs
  • All comments so far;
  • A text area that allows submitting comments;

Example weekly schedule:
  • Thursday - the sytem generates reports and sends them to the project managers and to the employees listed in section "Key specialists reporting info". Only the active roles get notified that they need to update the progress of the project. (staff_project_roles new module)
    N.B.  (department_project_roles NEW module) This allows the managers of designated departments to comment on specific projects
  • Friday - the system reminds the employees that are yet to comment on projects.
  • Sunday - the system prepares and sends a report to the sponsor. The report includes the number of activated projects, the number of comments, the number of people required vs actually commented. The sponsor of the project reviews the comments and provides feedback if neccessary
Additionally, the system sends notifications to the people designated as "Project observers". People with this role do not have rights to put comments on the projects.
