Disable Direct Employee Asset Transfer

Description: This setting controls whether employees can transfer assets directly to one another in a single transaction.

Key: disable_direct_employee_asset_transfer

Location: Control Panel > Admin Menu > Settings

Possible Values:

• "true": Direct asset transfers between employees are disabled.
• Any other value (empty, "false", etc.): Direct asset transfers between employees are allowed.

Functionality:

When enabled ("true"), employees cannot transfer assets directly between one another in a single transaction.

Instead, the asset must first be returned to the organization and then reassigned to the new employee.
