Remote Work in Planning

The Remote Work in Planning feature integrates approved remote work requests directly into the Team Planning module. This functionality ensures that employees and managers can easily view all approved remote work days at a glance within the team schedule. Approved requests are represented with a house icon (🏠) for quick identification.

How Remote Work Appears in Team Planning

  • In the Team Planning module, each employee's daily schedule is displayed in a calendar format, with shift codes clearly marked.
  • Approved remote work days are highlighted using a house icon (🏠) to indicate home office status.
  • Managers and team members can quickly identify remote work days alongside regular shifts for seamless coordination and visibility.

Below is an example of how remote work requests appear in the Team Planning module. Each approved home office request is represented with the house icon (🏠), integrated alongside the employee's scheduled shifts and days off.
