The Reporting section provides HR professionals with essential insights into the utilization of remote work within the organization. Two detailed reports are available to help track and analyze remote work trends:



Monthly Remote Work Overview

This report provides a monthly summary of remote work days across the organization, categorized by working days, weekends, and official holidays. HR managers can use this report to understand how remote work is distributed and identify trends for specific months or throughout the year. Key features include:

  • Company-level insights: Displays data for each company within the organization.
  • Breakdown of remote work days: Differentiates between weekdays, weekends, and official holidays.
  • Year-specific filtering: Analyze remote work data for any given year.

This report is ideal for high-level trend analysis, helping HR teams plan resources, identify peak remote work months, and align policies with organizational needs.



Remote Work by Staff and Department

This report focuses on individual employee and department-level data, showing the total number of approved remote workdays for each staff member. It excludes holidays and weekends, providing a clear picture of actual remote work engagement. Key features include:

  • Department-level filtering: Analyze remote work trends within specific teams or departments.
