Data Gathering
Data Gathering is an essential step. It involves creating a survey with all the necessary questions to collect critical information about the candidate or employee.
How to Perform Data Gathering
This step can be completed by navigating to the Staff module and opening the relevant record. At the top of the record, you will see all the steps in the process. Locate and click the Data Gathering step. Clicking this step will automatically create a survey tailored to the required information.
After the survey is created, navigate to the Survey module to send it. Follow the instructions provided in the linked guide to ensure the survey is sent correctly.
