Automated Scheduling Updates

The automated scheduling updates ensure workforce schedules are automatically updated based on approved requests and changes from connected modules. This functionality removes the need for manual adjustments, minimizing errors, and ensuring an efficient workflow for managing vacation requests, business trips, overtime, call-outs, and remote work.

Below are the key integrations that enable auto-updating of different aspects of schedules:



Vacation Requests

When an employee’s vacation request is approved, the system automatically updates the schedule by assigning the respective Vacation shift code for the approved period. This ensures managers and team members have up-to-date visibility of employee absences.



Business Trips

Approved business trip requests automatically update the schedule with a Business Trip shift code for the relevant dates. This integration keeps schedules aligned with travel commitments without requiring manual input.



Overtime & Call-Outs

Approved overtime and call-out requests are reflected in the schedule by adding a "Plus" icon for easy identification. These adjustments ensure accurate tracking of additional work hours.



Remote Work

Approved remote work requests automatically update the schedule, marked with a house icon for clear visibility.
This ensures transparency for team coordination and resource planning.
